How to add a Default Logo in LightSwitch Desktop when an Application Starts or There are no Screen Active in that Application

This isn't supported with the default shell - you would need to use a shell extension that supports it.

Extensions can be added to LightSwitch through the extension gallery: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff852054(v=vs.110).aspx

I don't know specifically which shell extensions support a desktop logo, but if you search the LightSwitch General forum for "Shell" you will find several threads on the subject.
