How to resize metro app to fit resolution in VB?

Hello All,

This week I finally finished my metro app!!! But, when I installed Windows 8 Consumer Preview on another computer with a smaller resolution and ran my app a part of the app got "cut off"! What should I do to fix this?

P.S. I don't really want to remake my app in a Visual Studio template (none of them fit my needs anyway).
