Report Viewer 10 printing

Question

I upgraded an ASP.NET app from VS 2008 and VS 2010.  I have upgraded the assemblies in my web.config to 10.0.0.0 for report viewer. The reports look correct, but when users try to use the print control, they get a popup dialog box that states "Error loading resource library (0x8007007E)." I had a test user install the reportviewer redistributable for version 10, but that does not solve the problem. I have no issues on my development machine when running from an IIS 7 server or in the VS debugger. I am running the app in IIS 7 in integrated mode and 4.0 .net
