Unable to save Physical environment in Lab center in MTM

Question

I'm working with physical environments which are actually Virtual Machines(not provisioned by Hyper-V). Both controller and it's current agent are in ready state and I 'm able to select testcontroller and agent when creating new physical environment. When trying to save the environment it is through the following exception

"You dont have appropriate permissions to manage test controllers in this team project collection".

But earlier, I'm able to save physical enviromment for different controller and agent which were hosted on different server.

I think I have seen this error but dont rember the root cause. Try comparing both the test controller configurations. More importanly if they are running under different accounts, try to see the difference in permission.

Both are configured to same account.
