martes, 17 de mayo de 2011 5:05Hi.During Lab Management configuration at Virtual Machine Manager tab I've testes SCVMM Server Name and it's passed. Other setting is passed and ok too.But after click 'Ok' I received next message:---------------------------Lab Management---------------------------The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found---------------------------OK---------------------------By the way, I can connect to my SCVMM by remote admin SCVMM Admin Console and it seems everything ok.What should I do to resolve this issue with Lab Management configuration?

Hello
- Does closing and re-opening TFS Admin Console resolves the issue?
- Can you please look into the recent errors in TFS Logs, and share it? (From TFS Admin Console, there is a Logs option in the left side tree)

So, for the first - nope. There are no changes.
So, for the second:
If I make 'test' for SCVMM Server Name I have:

Hi,
Can you try to run this from a PS shell and tell me if this succeeds[system.net.dns]::gethostbyaddress(<your scvmmserver ipaddress here>)
Thanks
