While reverse engineering, is there a way to show all fields as association in the class designer of VS2010 Ultimate?

While reverse engineering, is there a way to show all fields as association in the class designer of VS2010 Ultimate? It is quite tedious to do it one on one basis. Too much of work.

I saw some this thread http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vsclassdesigner/thread/337fc890-2c37-4834-b941-424fe3b8df75 where the same issue was discussed. But it was related to VS2005. Has this feature been introduced in VS2010?

In the link mentioned above, Dmitriv Vasyura suggested a add-in at http://forums.microsoft.com/msdn/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=10866 
that could help me with my problem, but this page does not exist anymore on the net.
