i been trying to create a simple rss reader sort of apps, and i think that its just too complicated for some stuff
i mean when we see Ios and android platforms, most of there apps are devolped by guys who didnt know much about code but using tools like app inventor or game-salad it made it a breeze to create such apps and even games
what do you guys think ?

do you want to create the app builder as a separate tool or within the context of the Visual Studio IDE? If you want to create one within the context of the IDE, check out vstemplates for the ability to create both project and item templates (File | Export Template to create your baseline). There are lots of links on how to customize the vstemplate files such as launching your own wizard. Also check out the VS SDK for extensibility beyond add-ins or vstemplate wizard functionality.
2010 reference but it applies to 2012
Visual Studio SDK
With your post, it sounds like this is more of a poll than a request for a how-to but I wanted to get some potential resources out to you just in case.

I completely bought the idea. You are right. We need something like app inventor probably know as Metro App Builder.
As a developer we need to understand the internal mechanics of the WinRT and how could we leverage the dynamic code creation/generation feature of .NET (such as Refelection and dynamic class generating facility of .NET CLR).
It is good idea to do an open source project.
I am sure some big companies or probably Microsoft internally be working on similar project.
Just look at the LightSwitch what it has facilitate. We may have similar tool producing Metro UI element as it is based on the similar XAML platform which is used for WPF apps and Windows Phone.

I would expect LightSwitch to fill this need. Go here to vote the feature up:

yes, and even existing platforms should be lurned in, gamesald, corona, cocos2d,3d...etc
all new gen devs use those tools so the lack of win8 support is going to hurt the app growth
