Customize build email template to include test result

Hi,

I have gone through various posts to send test result using TFS APIs but I want to know if I can customize email template stored at [ProgramFiles]\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010\Application Tier\TFSJobAgent\Transforms to include test results after build completes?

Tests can be unit tests or Coded UI test.

Also is it possible to put if/else so that emails are sent for some builds, not all.

Hello,

You should be able to do some limited customization to the Transformation email template to some extent, however you may not have access to all the Build Properties from there. Another way to do this is to customize the Build Template to send an email - this way you will have access to all data and you can customize the email as much as you want.
