Migration Assistant Access 2003 to SQL Server 2008 R2 license file

After an unsuccessful attempt to upsize Access 2003 to SQL Server 2008 R2 I am now trying to install the Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access properly.
The first part of the install asked to install Access 2010 redistributable components (either a 32 or 64 bit version) but I skipped this as I have Access 2003 installed.
Now I tried to install the access-ssma.license file but it won't open as Windows File Association doesn't recognise the file.
My operating system is Win 7 HP 64-bit.
Any ideas?

You don't need to open it, all you need to do is:
- Download the license key on this page to your hard
disk. - Place the license key file into SSMA installation directory
(by default, C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant) and - Click Refresh License in SQL Server Migration Assistant.

Thanks.
I copied the file access-ssma.license into C:\Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access, refreshed and it is now working.
