SQL 2008 SP3 - list of enhancements?

Question

Does anyone know where I can find a list of new features or enhancements for SQL 2008 SP3?  I've found the bug fix list, but usually there's also a detailed list of what's new....not finding it this time.  And, when I downloaded the readme file for SP3, I clicked on the Release Notes link, and it took me to the release notes for SP2!!

For issue fixed list, please refer to List of issues that are fixed by SQL Server 2008 Service Pack.

For enhancements for SQL 2008 SP3, please refer to the  'Overview' part in this link.
