Visual Studio 2010 SP1 able to work with SQL CE 3.5 SP2

Hi
Visual Studio 2010 SP1 is compatible with SQL CE 3.5 SP2?
The problem is
Previously i have working environment Windows XP SP3, Visual Studio 2010 , SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition.
I have developed Visual Studio database project.
Now my machine configuration is upgraded to Windows 7 Enterprise Edition, Visual Studio 2010 SP1 , SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition.
Now i am unable to open my visual studio database project...
Can anybody help...What could be the reason

Hi Shree,
I think Visual Studio 2010 SP1 is compatible with SQL CE 3.5 SP2.
Open the File menu, point to Open, and click Project/Solution. The Open Project dialog box appears. In the Open Project dialog box, click the solution (.sln file) or the database project (.dbproj file) that you want to open.
If you could not open Visual Studio database project, please post the error messages for further investigation. In addition, you could post the thread in Visual Studio Forum, you would receive better and quicker support.

I tried what you said but problem not resolved
The Error Message :
The file 'filename.dbmdl' could not be created. If that file exists, it might be locked by another application.Refer to the output window for more details. the exception message is "Internal Error:SqlceManager Could not be initialized ;the file resolves to a path that is too long. the maximum length is 260 charcters
Appreciate your help on this problem...
