Codename "Data Hub" - How to avoid approval process

Hello everyone.

Does anybody know if it is possible to avoid the approval process in Microsoft Codename "Data Hub" when publishing data? I understand the advantages, but assuming that the user is a privileged user, I wouldn't like them to have to approve their own offerings.

Is there anywhere to define who needs authorization and who doesn't?

Also, is there anyway to configure the system to send e-mails, e.g. when somebody needs to approve an offering or when it has been approved?
