Content query webpart

Hi

I haven't content query webpart with my sharepoint site how i can install it ?

If you want to add Content Query WebPart, your site must be a publishing site, it is? If you create a publishing site, this webpart appear.

Enable the publishing feature, then you will be able to get the webpart.

I open my site and make site action --> site setting but I didn't see Modify All Site Setting

Enable publishing at the site level
http://yoursiteurl/_layouts/ManageFeatures.aspx ( Please change the yoursiteurl with your actual moss site url)
Next to Office SharePoint Server Publishing, click Activate.

Enable publishing at the site collection level
http://yoursiteurl/_layouts/ManageFeatures.aspx?Scope=Site

I click Activate for Offic sharepoint server publishing , but it display One or more features must be turned on before this feature can be activated. which features that wanted to actived
