Multiple filters on one column on sharepoint spgridview?

hi,

i have a requirement that i have provide multiple filters on one column in spgrid , below is the image in which i wanted that on title column i can select multiple

names at once , by default we can select only one value , is there any posibility that we can provide provision for multiple selections in one column.

The best way to do this is to add a filter web part to your page that is "connected" to your list view. You can then filter on multiple columns. See this post for details on how to filter with a connected web part
