Pascal to MSIL / C# translation

Hi,
Is it possible to use phoenix to generate a translator / compiler to help us in migrating our legacy turbo pascal applications to .Net?

Probably not -- Phoenix does not really deal with langauge syntax and wouldn't make a very good source-to-source translation tool.
