Steps to UPGRADE SQL2000 to SQL2005

I have one server SQL2000 (Publisher) and another SQL2000 (Distribuitor) and 80 suscriptor, I need Upgrade the Publisher on new server keeping the others in the same plataform, Any Know how to do this. MergeReplication.
