Word document using open xml API 2.0

Question

Hi all,

I’m modifying an office word document using open xml API 2.0 and returning it in memory
stream then while opening that document in browser as an attachment using the
Response object im facing the below error:

test.docx cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents.

so any help...
