Can I put the Microsoft Partner logo as a office live small business web developer partner? If yes which logo can I put it on my web site?

There is no Office Live specific partner logo, so the MS Partner logo is the right choice. As to which one to use, you should ask the folks who run the Partner program. I believe they have several logos you can use depending on your certification level, but they would know which one you should use.
