Whether Oracle 11.2.0.2 is compatible for .net 3.5 framework

We have developed the web application by using Asp.Net 3.5 framework and the environment is Windows 2008, IIS 7.5 and the DB is Oracle. Now we are planning to upgrade the oracle version to 11.2.0.2. Is that compatible for our environment. Please give the suggestions.

How are you connecting to Oracle at present scenario? If you are using ODP.NET for .NET 2.0 then you are safe.

Yes it is supported and you need to download odp.net drivers from below location. Oracle has released for .net 2.0/3.5/4.0.
