key board hooking based on hardware id.

Question

I came across keyboard hook in C#, with P/Invoke Windows API SetWindowsHookEx, CallNextHookEx, UnhookWindowsHookEx, and GetModuleHandle.  Is it possible to make key board hooking based on Hardware ID(Vendor id and product ID) of device.
