LINQ TO SQL IN VISUAL STUDIO C#

Question

hi everyone

I am extremely new in using linq to sql and unfortunately i have no idea how, nor do i understand the concept. However i have been asked to convert an already working c# application into the entity framework and i donot know where to begin as i have never used linq before. Any help will be extremely welcome.
