xbox 360 Testing information

Question

I work for a software development/testing company which has been around for the last 21 years. We have done quite a few flash games for the PC/iOS platforms. We look forward to branch out into console gaming involving Xbox 360 console (Full retail disc game and XBLA). I need to know the requirements/pre-requisites to be fulfilled in order to get the access to the debug kits.

Any help that you can offer will be deeply appreciated.
