What was stated at PDC09 and what seems to be reiterated now is that Windows Phone 7 Series development information will be made available at MIX10.
It takes all the running you can do to stay in one place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must try to run at least twice as fast as that.- Proposed As Answer by Joel Ivory JohnsonMVP Monday, February 15, 2010 5:09 PM

Monday, February 15, 2010 3:42 PMI looked at the wp7 interface. The market place is not even front and center. This is fine if MS really doesn't want to the app central of the world and/or increase share value.

The question is a bit redundant given that one of the definitions of Partners is "One that is united or associated with another or others in an activity." Redundancies aside internal information shared under NDA does not negate or contradict the original statement that information will will be made available at MIX10.

I just learned that Silverlight is the framework for event driven app. Does that mean all apps are kind of web based and a browser must be involved here?

Sunday, February 28, 2010 4:55 AMI'm sure it will not be browser specific apps like your thinking. If silverlight is the core framework , I'm pretty sure that will be wrapped with something other then the browser. Also for games I bet you will be able to use the XNA framework.

Mix doesn't start for several more hours (it is in Las Vegas). Go to the above site and watch when th presentations begin, or ask after Wednesday when Mix is over and all information has been disclosed.
