How can I see the new class in class view when I add existing item .h and .cpp file to the project?

I drag the file to the header files and source files, but I can not see the new class in class view.

Use Project menu > Add Existing Item... Add your h and cpp files.

After that, if h file has classes in it, they will appear in Class View.

You will have to wait for some time depending on the speed of your computer and the number of programs running simultaneously for the view to update itself.
