I've been reading regarding this problem because it's the first time I've ever had it and it just happened, everything was fine with my internet explorer and i have been in this chat room for a month already, today when I tried to download the chat room i got the notice from microsoft visual c ++ saying there was an error with iexplorer and i had to contact technical support.  It only happens with this chat room, i don't know what to do, i tried and removed the google toolbar but it didn't help, so I really don't know why internet explorer is giving me this problem.
    Can someone help me?

Remove all add-ins from Internet Explorer. All of them. If you are still having problems, see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/318378

    This is off-topic, of course.

Is that where I disable add-ons? I tried that and it didn't work either.

It's only giving me problem with that chat room. I will try that link when the chat room is happening, which is until next week.
    Thanks for the help.
