SharePoint 2010 Foundation - Document Set Feature

Question

I have installed SharePoint 2010 Foundation on Windows 7 but I cannot find anything to do with Document Sets.  I have looked for the Site Feature but I only have:

• Custom Site Collection Help 
• Three-state workflow

Should the Document Set Feature be available in SPF? 

What are the Feature differences between SharePoint Foundation and Server? - I can't find a definitive list.

Document Sets is a SharePoint Server 2010 feature.

Document Sets are a DM Feature available in Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010.

In Foundation you can select multiple documents with the top checkbox - what's the purpose of this option? Just for multi-delete? (I can't see a download as zip etc)

I think it's mainly for group check in/check out. Maybe approve/reject as well.

You could offcourse also write your own custom actions which would support multi-item operations
