How do i dynamically change the div elements in different pages?

Question

I've scrollers displaying flash news using the div element in 50 pages of my site. Its a painful job to manually update all the 50 pages (html). Is there any way at once i can update all the scroller contents in 50 pages? Please give me a step by step process for this as i'm new to this. I use Microsoft Office Publisher 2003 for designing.
