import file in MS access 2000
- I am trying to import a file created by a collegue in MS access and saved in MS 2000 format. My own files work fine in my MS Access 2000.
When I try to open the fileI first get a message "The database 'Name Version 2000' is read only". When I click OK I get a new screen with the message" Microsoft Access was unable to create the Database window. Please upgrade to a newer version of Microsoft Internet Explorer"
Howevere I have MS IE 8 so there is no later version.
Can anyone help me with a suggestion how to solve this problem??
