For Vista, .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0 are shipped with it as one of OS component.
.NET 3.0 can be added or removed via Control Panel >> Programs and Features.
Thus, we don't need to remove it. We can turn off the feature of .NET Framework 3.0.
