automatic signature for exchange 2007 users

Question

hi
we have windows 2003 & exchange 2007.we want to setup html signaure for users .

how can we setup signature.when any user type or reply to mail his html signature will automatically applied.

we are 100 users.

i have posted this in exchange forum but exchange transport rule only set plain text disclaimer
