windows boot manager at startup

Question

When i start my computer i it starts with black screen and white tex. The tex asks how i would like to start windows 7,start normaly or press F8 for other options. it first started in widows vista,then i installed windows 7 not upgrade but full install and thought it would solve the problem but it did not it is still with me. have tried all all cleanup's in windows seven manager but to no avail...would appreciate any help with this ...regards imig

I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean that there are two operating system on your computer and you want to see the back screen when you boot the computer?
