Ive tried to rid of the MaCatte program and it is still there... It doesnt even let me open my start ups.... Are there any other solutions to riding the malware?

This malware continues to shut off my computer every 5 to 10 minutes nd im afraid that my computer is going to crash.... ive tried advice given in here nd it still seems to not go away.... are there any other solutions? Please help me out?
