Download MSXML 6.0 parser

I want to download MSXML 6.0 parser. I clicked download on msxml6.mis from your website -->run -->save to my computer -> then it opened with notepad which can't be read.
Please tell me step by step to download and install to my XP. I have version 3 on xp now.

Monday, March 22, 2010 8:13 AM I'd like to know which OS are you using? If you are using XP SP3, MSXML6 should already exist on your computer now. If you are using XP SP2, you can get the msi file from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=993c0bcf-3bcf-4009-be21-27e85e1857b1&displaylang=en, click right button on that file, and choose install to install it.

Hi, I downloaded it. But still failed to install it. I wonder why?
