Tools for Generating XSL File?

Question

Hi, I need to transform XML files to XML files of a different schema. The nodes will be renamed, rearranged during the transformation and the structure will be completely different. I have the XSD file for both the input and the output XML files. Are there any tools, hopefully free, that would take both XSD files, allow me to do the mapping of the nodes in GUI and generate the XSL file? Thanks, wb
