XML and HL7 converting

Question

HI

I am trying figure out what is needed in order to convert HL7 to xml and if there is any resources to help with this type of conversion.  I have found http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/29670/Converting-HL7-to-XML this article. I am looking to create my own program to handle the conversion. I am trying to gather as many resources as possible any input would be greatly valued.
