Are there any other hierarchical data formats apart from XML?

Hi, we all know that XML is the dominant hierarchical data format/structure. Are there any other popular hierarchical data structures/formts?

SGML is still around: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SGML. And JSON is hierarchical as well, or what kind of definition of hierarchical do you have in mind?
