I'm using Exchange 2007 and I've double checked all my setting. I can create users but not mailboxes. I'm sure it something simple but I need help resolving this if anyone has the answer or can steer me in the right direction.

Hello,
Is the Exchange server on the same server as the Hosted Organisation?
Also it seems the error is related to creating Organisation (this is before user creation)
Is the organisation + domain properly created before you attempt creating a mailbox? (i must say i got little experience with 2007.. most i done is 2010 .. but i assume the process is fairly similar :-))
Regards,
Marco

Thanks for the reply...I went back through the configuration again and just had to create a public folder database and it started working.
Thanks,
Ron...
