Hi
Currently if we go to a users space, it'll show the virtual resource name General for where the website exists. We have one virtual group called General with over 20 web servers load balanced by websites. when we go the customers website it just shows the IP, can this also show the servers name (physical name) or the IIS group name so its easier for our support department to fix problems raised by customers.

I also agree, that the server name should be listed next to every resource, just like when browsing the system hosting space.
This is not only helpful for customers but also for technicians troubleshooting issues.

Thursday, November 25, 2010 9:24 AMI agree with Chris, it sometimes becomes pain when you have website with dedicated IP (assigned randomly) and you have to locate web servers by IP Address. It would be great if we can be able to see webserver name when logged in as serveradmin. Jay Sr. System Admin http://www.windows-administrators-on-hire.com/
