adding Payment to existing customers

Question

How or is it at all possible to add a payment plan to customers who where created manually? im asking because i need some sort of automatic stop of cancelt websites.

So as not to sit at manually watch when the payment runs out then manually stops the customers website. Would be nice if i could add a date when the website should stop.
