xfinity-comcast e-mail connection is corrupted

Question

Windows 8 preview has corrupted email connection with XfinityComcast.net e-mail.  I can't get through to see what's in my email.  Do I have to wait until Windows 8 pro comes out, because this has been an ongoing problem?
