I am trying to run a full boot analysis on a Surface Tab. The tab reboots once and then sits dormant. It does not perform the 3 runs as its supposed to. The command i give is

xbootmgr -trace boot -numRuns 3 -resultPath %systemdrive%\traces -postBootDelay 180 -traceFlags latency+dispatcher -stackWalk Profile+CSwitch+ReadyThread -prepsystem

The full boot test runs fine if i use a package created by Windows Assessment console.

I tried using the console to create a package but to enable stackwalking i have to create alternate Wpr profile for which is a really lengthy process & proper documentation has not been provided anywhere. I need to do the tests urgent.

please provide a solution to either of these problems.

    Thanks
