What is the Easiest Solution to completely repair the following BSOD?

*** Hardware Malfunction NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error *** The system has halted **

This is the only BSOD that has been afflicting my Windows 7 Home Premium x64bit OS; and, has been quite persistant.  I'm using an Acer Z5610 with: a 1TB Hard drive, 8Gb RAM, 2.33 Ghtz processor...

Does Anyone have any genuine way of fixing this problem, that a person such as myself, who is still learning how to maintain a healthy system can understand and implement?
