Windows Performance Toolkit as a service

Question

I have XP2 with Service Pack 3.  http://download.microsoft.com/download/A/6/A/A6AC035D-DA3F-4F0C-ADA4-37C8E5D34E3D/setup/WinSDKPerformanceToolKit/wpt_x86.msi successfully installed and the Visualizer is opening.

Can I ask some questions ?

1. Is this enough for tracking resouce usage for processes ? It seems so. xperf is not needed ?

2. Since this requires elevated privileges my team wants to run it as a service and specify "logon as" ? The admin. rights are not availble to me. I cannot type the admin. password by using 'Run as' everytime. How do I do run this as a service ? Any alternative ?
