The "inkcov" device in GhostScript is nowhere

Hi All,

I'm using win server 08 as testing environment. I've known that there's a device called "inkcov" in the GhostScript 9.05 or later. And then I downloaded and installed both version 9.05 and 9.06. After that, I've test it for a while, but what I get is "Unknown device: inkcov". So is anybody knows that what I missed or what should I do? Any reply will be appreciated.

The problem has been solved by technician of gs-bugs, and here's the download link of version 9.06 for Windows with "inkcov" in it:
