Office 2010

Question

Dear Sirs,

          I have a copy of Office 201step 4 in the installation stage!past 0 that was bundled with my Fujitsu laptop that I purchased in November last year.  It functioned alright when it was first bought, but now; even though I can load it into the laptop okay, I can not get it past the step 4 of the installation stage!  Can you please assist?
