Installing vs2008 on Windows7

Question

I bought Expression Blend 2 which includes Visual Studio 2008, which installs but doesn't work. It says it doesn't support WPF. Where should I direct this compaint?

     Which software gives it? Expression Blend 2? or Visual Studio 2008?

     When did you get the message? create a WPF project?
