I have MS Word 2003. Where is the Microsoft Office button? I know where it is in 2007. In 2003 when I click on the upper left icon I don't see Word Options.

Word 2003 makes use of a traditional menu system. The options available via the Office button in Word 2007 can be found on the File menu or on the Tools menu in Word 2003.

Saturday, April 28, 2012 8:01 PMIt's nice they've made it more graphicy, but I think they should have kept calling it 'File menu' in documentation. Alright, it's got an icon. But most people I encounter still understand 'file' menu better than 'Office' menu, and they haven't changed the utility.

Hi Joe
In 2010 it's "File" again...

Sunday, April 29, 2012 9:25 AMGod. Why can't they make up their minds? I'm actually using Office 2010 at the moment, and never noticed. Is Office 2012 going to have a 'Plazam! menu'? If you're going to be confusing users, I think you ought to at least have fun with it.

Now we're just waiting for the return of Edit, Insert, Table, Tools, etc.
