I cant open my live messange in my system

Question

Hi this is venkatesh . I have a problem with windows live messanger , if i log in my messanger immediatly  open One diologe box there showing as  " A new verstion is available .You must install the New verstion in order to contunue.Would u like do this  now?".so i try to continue to download a new verstion but down load is  copleated after  open a dialog box and showing as " Could not istall this".That's it . How to solve this problem .. Please Give me a replay ..

Try uninstalling your current version of messenger then reinstall it again.
