Error 0x8ac70907 becoming serious problem for WLM users

Question

I have bought a bran new laptop and downloaded and installed WLM 2011.  I have a friend that uses this program to video chat with friends across canada.  So I decided this was right for me too. The night I installed it I tried to video chat with her but could not connect with her. We keep getting the error message "

0x8ac70907"

 

  I have tried mulitple times to video with her and two others and I have had luck once.  I can not see the problem though everyone has windows 7, everyone has WLM 2011.  I have been scanning the forms and discussions boards hoping that there would be a fix for this problem already.  Any answer yet?  If we can not communicate in the form i chose, I will not use it.  Please send me help!

I loaded Windows essentials 2011( which included messenger) and was getting the same error message. So i removed all the application (including messenger) and loaded an older version of messenger as a stand alone application, 2009 build 14.0.8117.416 by searching on google for "install old msn". This was successful !!

My new laptop is great but I have never been able to make or receive video calls. I continually get error code: 0x8ac70907. How do I get help withis? Thank you
