    Hi i am following the Pulse demo. I would like to save the emailaddress of the user along with the CID in the database. Which changes should i make where in order to achieve this ?

    Hey Jun,

    If you refer to the RefreshMessengerToken.aspx page within the Pulse application, you can see where the consent token for the signed in user is processed. You can add code in that file to save the consent token into your database and associate it with your user account. Let me know if this explanation helps.

    hi Steve,

    i have seen the part where the consent token is stored in the db. What i would like to do is to store the emailaddress along with it. I do not yet understand how i can save the emailaddress since that is coming from client side javascript. If you can show me an example of how to do that or describe it I would like that very much !

    Hi Jun,

    I once had the similar problem and posted a question here. It appears we need to get the email from client-side (browser) and send the information back to the server at a later time.
